Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 3-12 working days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product based on demand and shipping location. (Under circumstances of heavy demand and pandemics the shipping times might have  unprecedented delays which will be communicated via email)

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-3 business days.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, shipping is free for Australia; and for most items Worldwide.

Q. Where is your company located?

A. We have our office in the beautiful country: Singapore and High-Quality vendor contacts in China.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in AUD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using Australian Dollar at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Please contact us if you don't receive one within 2-3 business days.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. 

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in AUD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
