REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
To begin initiating a return, within 30 calendar days of delivery, please reach out to our customer support team at support@bigaussiemart.com to confirm the return. (Please provide a digital copy of the receipt you receive from the courier)
We encourage customers to carefully read our Return Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
- Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Simply contact our support team at support@bigaussiemart.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
- We are happy to accept returns within Australia. Please note that we will either collect the package from your given shipping address through reputed shipping partners or reimburse the shipping cost involved for returns via PayPal or Bank transfer. For more details, contact our customer support team at support@bigaussiemart.com
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. (Please keep the email confirmation and the shipping label attached to the package)
- We only replace or reimburse return shipping cost for items which are faulty or broken.
- All items purchased with a gift card/coupon or store credit are not eligible for return.
- Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns or exchanges. You are liable to pay the return shipping charges if you place the order with the wrong size, color, or any variation. (We cannot refund items which are stuck in transit if an incorrect address is provided by the customer/buyer)
- Due to the make and nature of some of our products we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any such items. This applies to fabric products which are wearable too (This includes pet wearable products).
- Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
- The return shipping cost is not refundable if the product is not faulty.Â
- Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 24 hours after an order is placed. If you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@bigaussiemart.com within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
- The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
